The Records Analyst 2 serves as part of a team in the small UCOP Records Management group under the direction of the Records Manager and the Lead Records Analyst. Key responsibilities include supporting the maintenance of the UCOP permanent and historic archive, assisting departments with records management practices, and providing various records management services, including digitization for UCOP departments. The Records Analyst 2 also works with the Records Manager and the Lead Records Analyst on universitywide records management projects for the ten-campus UC system. The Records Analyst 2 is expected to use knowledge of records management to assist with solving records management issues in consultation with the Records Manager and the Lead Records Analyst in accordance with University of California policies and procedures.
