Presentation Description:
This will be a discussion about the process of having your records management program audited by your organization's Internal Audit from the perspective of the auditee. The movie-themed three-part presentation covers some of what you can expect to experience before, during and after your internal audit, including prep work, and how the audit process, overall outcome and Internal Audit department can help become a tool for obtaining buy-in for your records program.

Speaker Bio:
Kathleen Smith, CRM, CIP, IGP has bachelor degrees in both Business Management and Accounting from Western Governors University. She has been working in records program management since 2002 in both the public and private sectors, primarily with investor-owned gas and electric utility and truck manufacturing industries, and has been the global records program manager at PACCAR and its subsidiaries (including Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and Dynacraft) since 2015.
